Microsoft Access cannot complete this operation because it cant find or initialise the dynamic-link library msrclr40

Hi there .. im using Access 200 and am trying to synchronise databases with a replica and the message above appears, along with the following:

Rerun Microsoft Access or Microsoft Office Setup again to reinstall Microsoft Briefcase Replication. During Setup, click Add/Remove, and select Microsoft Briefcase Replication.
If you want to preserve your security or custom settings, backup the Microsoft Access workgroup information file.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but i cant find the option that it talks about. Any one got any ideas? If i was to copy the dll from a machine where the synchronising works, would this work?
