submit a PDF form to the web server

I am using Adobe Acrobat 8.0, vs 2005, vb.net, and I would like to submit a PDF form to the web server with a submit button, I  have read that I need a script/code to caputure the entire pdf or its data.   Can anyone help me with this? any examples would be great! Thanks.

That has samples for getting the information from your PDF forms.  

If the information is being sent by HTTP POST, it may be possible to use ASP.NET and a little reverse engineering to work out the format of the form.  Let us know what you need.

Thank you but that is returning from ASP..we need to pull the data from the PDF form and return it to SQL
or be able to grab the entire PDF form

Didn't realize the meaning of PDF Form... The PDF form has a submit button which you use to submit by http?

In Adobe LiveCycle, create a "HTTP Submit Button" object.  Enter the full URL for the object to your page that can process the POST.  

Make sure you use fully qualified URL otherwise it will not work from downloaded pdf files
