Can't find the CD image download on MSDN/technet

I am doing a project for upgrading to r2 and need the cd media.  I believe this can be downloaded and I do have a subscription.  Can anyone point me to the correct location for this?  I'd like to do the adprep /forestprep to extend the schema tonight.  Thanks in advance.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Do you have licensing agreement?

You may be able to download the eval software and perform the adprep using the eval software

Yes, we do purchase volume licensing; however I am not actually performing the upgrade at this time.  Just upgrading the schema in perparation for the upgrade sometime in the next few weeks.  We will still be on 2003 sp1 for now until we gone through the entire testing process with our apps.
