2003 Domain controllers - 64-bit and 32-bit

The forest/domain was created created with Windows 2003 64-bit and currently has only the one DC, I want to add anothe DC; however, the only remaining valid license I have is for Windows 2003 32-bit (pre RC2), therefore, the second domain would be created on this. Are they know issues, or is it as simple running dcpromo. In the past, I have always setup domains up with matching version (either 64 or 32). I understand that if the first DC had been 32-bit, I would have install the 64-bit extensions.

No problems there. AD is completely independent of the OS of the DCs, you can combine them as you wish.
