How do you transfer the autocorrect database from office 2007 to another office 2007 installation?

I am migrating from one computer to another, but the only thing that I cannot seem to migrate is the autocorrect database from my old office 2007 computer.

I understand this database is probably controlled by word, but I can't figure out how to migrate it.

Any help would be appreciated.
