Automatically set domain when using Remote Desktop Web Connection

Hi Experts
Good day!
I have a terminal server which is running in Windows Server 2003 R2. I have installed Remote Desktop Web Connection and modify default.htm file.

I realized that it is value for username and domain, it connect I expect. If it is value only domain without username. I connect, it ignore the value and connect to server itself instead of domain.

Please help!

Thanks for your reply.
I have tried it. It is not I'm looking for. Once it is connected, I prefer the curson on username instead of password.
