how to give privilege to account in AD

How can i give administrative right to an existing account in an Active Directory 2003 server.

In Active Directory User and Computers, go to Users container, double click Domain Admins group, click Members tab and click Add button.

Of course, the question is - which administrative right? Because making everyone Domain Admins is bad security practice. :D
