I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can add auditing to the ICA connection (Administrative Tools > Terminal Server Configuration > Connections > ICA
Goto Properties > Permissions > Advanced > Auditing

Add the Groups/Users you want to audit and what you want to audit. This will then get logged to the Security event log.

I haven't got a Citrix server in front of me and can't remember what level of reporting you can get from Resource Manager for events like you ask.
