Are all of the add-in's the same?
What is the OS?  Does it have the most recent service patches?

Yep, all addins are the same.

Windows XP Pro on every PC. The one that is having the problem was completely up to date. I removed the last few Office updates to see if they were the problem but that wasnt it.

Thanks. She had Service Pack 1 on her PC, but for some reason that file wasn't updated. Copied it from mine to hers and it works now.
