Recieving duplicate emails from just one corprate user

Hi,

When one of my users sent out email to other corporate users, they recieve 2 of the same email. ???  Please advice what to look into. Thx - :)
We have Outlook 2003 clients and MS Exchange 2003

I checked into our Enterprise Email Seurity systems.. none of them were held in the qurantine queued.
Exchange System Manager tracking shows successful delivery to local receiptients. There was no delays. We don't use pop 3.  thx indvance.

thanks for sharing ..  Afer turning off Outlook 2003 Add-in Extension - ACT 2006! Sage resolved the problem..
