Remove Domain from Small Business Server

I need some help configureing Small Business Server 2003...  we accidently configured a domain during testing - an @thedomain.com...  the domain that we're supposed to be using is @somethingelse.com.  How do i remove "@thedomain.com" so that it doesn't appear any more on the server?  The issue is, if i try to send an email from someone on the "somethingelse.com" domain to someone on the "thedomain.com" domain, it won't send, because no one using the "thedomain.com" account is found...

I hope that makes sense!

thanks for the help, let me know if i can clarify anything.

Maybe this helps you further, if you mean exchange server, open the system manager of exchange (on server, start - programs - Microsoft exchange - system manager ) and goto recipients >> recipients policy , edit the default policy and remove the @thedomain.com (ther should also be a @somethingelse.com )
