I don't think so you can connect MSSQL through ADO.Net (XML)... ADO.Net (XML) is used for Applications wherein you are generating XML Files which can be taken as input using this object.

You can connect using a connection string that is stored in an XML file as a node. Is that what you are trying to do?

If so, you need to know the name of the XML file, the node/child that contains the connection string.

I assume that a ADO.NET (XML) driver would be used expressly for connecting to an XML file... not a MS SQL Server database??
