xp embedded and certificates
I have some wireless hp thin clients running xp embedded. I want them to be able to connect to my wireless lan. To connect to the wlan each device must have a certificate issued from my ca.
when i try to request a certificate i get an error:
there are no trusted certificate authorities available
you do not have the permission to request certificates from the available cas
the available cas issue certificates for which you do not have permissions
from the thin client (when it is plugged into a switch) I can ping the ca
the thin client is a member of my domain
i can do this same procedure on any regular xp machine
seems to be something with the xp embedded......any thoughts on this are appreciated
