Vista Copy/Move - Show "More Information" permanently

When copying/moving files in Vista there is a button labelled "More Information".
How do I configure Vista to show this additional information permanently so that I never have to click "More information"? That is, make the "More Information" view the default one.

I've attached images of the 2 states.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

In windows when you open a hidden feature, it asks if i want the action to be default..but when i click a  down arrow to reveal things under it, it defaults back to windows setting after a reboot.

I dont't quite think it can be done.

let's hear-out Vista experts.
