I have a new windows vista premium laptop made by toshiba.<br />
Every time I start it up i get the following message<br />

&quot;Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cant fullfil the messaging request... &nbsp;Please run Microsoft Outlook and set it as the default mail client&quot;<br />

I am using windows email (outlook express) as my main default program) and even by running outlook or changing these preference i'm still stuck with this error message.<br />
