How to get a quiet uninstall using InstallShield via script

I have an Installshield program I am trying to uninstall quietly.  I am using the command "program.exe /x /S /v/qn".  The process works quitely until the end when a message pops up stating "Removal Complete, OK".  Is there a why to get it to not display this message?

I have looked into taskkill to kill the process, but I think it is tied to the finishing of the removal.

Thanks for the info kcehtrak.

I put command in Run window and all I got was "program.exe /install or /remove."
I called the vender and they said that the popups were part of the package.  They gave me some instructions to remove the Printer portion manually.  First had to find the Microsoft command to delete the local print queue:  rundll32 printui.dll,PrintUIEntry /dl /n "Local Printer".  Then had to delete a dozen registry keys, and delete a couple DLLs.  Put all the steps in a CMD file and ran it on each PC.

After it was all uninstalled (without Prompts), I had to reinstall the new version.  This version also had the same popups.  Due to time constants, we had the leave these popups and had Users hit OK before the installation was completed.

Problem has been extinguished for now.  Thanks for the help.
famiit, just drag n drop the program.exe in the Start>Run window and add /? at the end and hit enter to find out if it comes up with any specific help window that might point you in the right direction. Alternatively, you can use vbscript to execute the command with specific parameters to suppress the dialog box. Hope this helps. Cheers.
