Replacing Small Business Servers

Is there a way to have two small business server 2003 r2 on the same network temporarily. i have an old server that has no warrenty and I want to replace the server with a new one. HOw do I transfer the files over to the new server is I can have to two small business servers on the same network??

intekra's links may well say this - I didn't check, but yes, you can have two SBS servers on the same network, even the same domain, PROVIDED you have one that is newly installed and you complete your migration within one week.

That said, you really are better off spending the money (I think $200) on the SwingMigration kit from tprpics link.

Ok but HErse the thing I have the new machine ready to go and I want to start with a new domain name but i want to keep the AD data, IIS data, exhange information and things like that. Can i still follow the same steps??
