Any reason that the mouse scroll wheel doesn't work in 1 users Inbox?

I have 1 user that has just changed from a Desktop to a laptop. In doing so, she seems to have lost the ability to use her mouse scroll wheel in her inbox. Here's the weird thing - It works fine if she opens an email (i.e. she can use it to scroll through the text in the email itself).

As soon as she closes the email and is back in the inbox, nothing. The scroll wheel works absolutely fine in all other applications.

Is this just yet another 'Notes Quirk'? Or is there a way of rectifying it without having to reinstall the app?

Any ideas would be great!

1) Possible quirk. Make sure you are using the latest Lotus Client ( R 6.56, R 7.03 or R 8 )
