Unable to access user login page to a banking website via firewall policy

Guys. This is a real situation and need your expertise. I am using Isa Server 2004 and only users (autenticated) in a group call Internet Users can access Internet ( all sites). There is a request to all access a internet banking site http://www.cimbclicks.com.my/* (and anything within that url only) to all users. i have configure using Firewall policy rule to allow all users & all outbopund protocols to the destination using URL Sets. Upon testing, I am able to access the webpage but when I click the login button (still within the url page but under another folder, it fails to connect with Access Denied error message. can someone tell me how to perfectly configure the web access? I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

A lot of people get this when they use the URL filters and is generally down to two issues:

One - the url using https actually uses a port other than 443 - this requires the port tunnel to be extended.
Two - the site does a redirect either straightaway or after the first page to a site/url that does not match the URL you have placed in the allow list.

Open the ISA gui, select monitoring - logging - start query.
What do you see appear in the logs when the access attempt is made?

I have run the query and attched the results here. FYI. My default rule is the last rule (last row). Hope you can assist based on the results.

Unfortunately you have left half the results out :(  There would have been more on that line for sure.
Also, if you right-click the list of columns showing across you can add extra ones that help with the trouble shooting - add them all and you may find you can see the answer yourself anyway. I need the full details really. If you repeat the exercise with all columns added then you camn use the option in the toolbox to copy the output to the clipboard and then into an excel spreadsheet - post that then I can see all of the relevant info.

Thanks

Well Guys...After long exploration I managed figure it by myself. It was the https://cimbclicks.com.my/* causing the issue. In SSL, the /* is included as a character so need not to add.
