Try this link below:

http://support.euro.dell.com/support/downloads/download.aspx?c=uk&l=en&s=gen&releaseid=R79790&SystemID=PLX_GX280&servicetag=&os=WW1&osl=en&deviceid=162&devlib=0&typecnt=0&vercnt=7&catid=-1&impid=-1&formatcnt=1&libid=1&fileid=104574#3DOS

This may or may not take you direct to the correct page on Dell's webpage.  If not, basically goto Dell, Support and Downloads, browse to Desktops, Optiplex, GX280.  Click on BIOS, and it will only give choice of A08 which is the latest one.  Click on the link below and choose A00, and then the option for "BIOS Update for MSDOS".  If you follow the instructions there, then I'm sure it will let you overwrite the BIOS with whichever one you require.

Just out of interest, how come you want to go back to the first BIOS, without any of the fixes that they have implemented since?
