import one table from full export .dmp

I have a full export from .dmp file of my database.  I just found out that a table that needs to be in the database is no longer there.  I would like to know two things.  First I would like to know how to get a list of the tables in a dump file and secod the command i would use to import just one table from the full export dmp file I have.
Thanks.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

IMP help=Y

This will show you all the options...

1) imp file=yourfile.dmp show=Y
2) imp file=yourfile.dmp fromuser=owner touser=new_owner tables=one_table;

I think for the second one, you can do this:

imp file=yourfile.dmp tables=owner.one_table;
