I'm trying to find some information to the limit of entries that a GAL lookup in OWA will pull. There appears to be a limit but I can't find any documentation on this.

Here's the best I could find:

From -Mark- over in TechNet Forums
You can't browse the GAL in OWA (out of the box anyway, maybe there's 3rd party tools that add this functionality) You can use owaadmin http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=4BBE7065-A04E-43CA-8220-859212411E10&displaylang=en to push the search limit up to 1000.

I don't understans what is the question. Is this about simply browsing the global address list through OWA? If so, all you need to do, is to launch the address book through OWA, in the name field click the spacebar and then enter, all the addresses will be populated withing the windows. But i think there is a limit of 500 addresse through OWA, which can be modified by using OWA admin tool.

I can't beleive I didn't think to look in the OWA admin tool. I'm giving isaman 50 points because his information was helpful in the practicle aspect of what the user is trying to accomplish.
