How do I disable CRL checkup in apache?

I want to disable the CRL (certificate revocation list) checkup on apache server. What's the parameter in the HTTPD.CONF file?

I assume Apache + mod_ssl
SSLCARevocationPath
SSLCARevocationFile

BTW, they empty by default

I'm new to the apache world. In iis there's an on/off option for this.
