I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Does the JPG not appear at all or do you see a Red X?  Does it still exist as an attachment?

Hello alecdarragh,

Check if sender is sending emails in Rich Text.  Embedded images appears as attachment in Oultook Rich Text format.

Have sender send in Plain Text or HTML format.

Hope this helps!

I have already checked this. If I send the same email to my own email account I can view the .jpg 's. If I right click on the box with the red x and save it I can insert the inmage into, for example, a Word document and view the image without any problem.
