Can you move?
I have a cabinet folder with several folders containing emails and attachments I need to keep for other people to use, I am leaving and would like to be able to (if possible) copy them off to a network drive for others use, is that possible and if so, how?
Thanks.
Thanks.
just copy your ost or pst file off to somewhere .... and have them go to control panel > mail and add your pst or ost file on their machine, it should show up as an additional mailbox in their outlook... with your inbox, sent, notes, calendar, etc....

When people leave here they delete your account which also deletes your email account, so can I take it off and put it on the network somewhere as a share for other people?
thanks.
thanks.
do a search, with hidden files and folders option checked to show....
and search for *.pst and or *.ost
that's what you're looking for... it should be one or the other

ok, I think we/I got lost somewhere. The cabinet folder I have all my emails in resides on the exchange server. my email account will be deleted when I leave. I want to move all my email messages in my cabinet folder on the server to a network drive so other people can read the content and access the attachments that were in the emails. Is that what we were talking about? How do I do that?
sorry if I'm not saying it right. thanks again.
