What kind of problem are you having with the plugs? CAT6 premise wiring is not really intended to use with RJ45 plugs. Most installs use CAT6 between termination points such as a patch panel and wall jack. Devices are then attached with a CAT6 patch cable made of stranded wire.

OK,I want to crate our patch cord cable with cat 6 plugs
but size of pair is more than Plug pins.
which cat 6  plug is suitable for this work?

Tyco makes CAT6 modular plugs that will work with the 28AWG wire. But you will also need their ~$250.00 USD crimp kit.

For patch cables, we always just purchase factory made. They should be made of stranded wire. The solid wire will eventually break if they encounter frequent movement. It's hard to field terminate a CAT6 plug that will actually spec out at CAT6 tolerance.

does LANmark-6 U/UTP CAT6 LSZH 305m box  has 28AWG?

TreyHCommented:
typo - Cat6 is usually 23-24AWG. Most CAT6 mod plugs will accept 23 to 28.

which properties in cat 6 cable describe 23-24?
i read
http://www.cablelines.co.uk/pdfs/nexans/ne100_607n.pdf
but which propreties restrict this work?
after that which properties in cat 6 plug restrict 23-28AWG.
I heard cat 6 shielded plug  is  suitable for this work.
is this true ?

'Conductor cross-section' describes the diameter of the wire.
A CAT6 plug will accept a larger diameter wire than that of a CAT5 plug.

23 AWG (American Wire Guage) = .57mm

Any CAT6 rated RJ45 8pin mod plug should technically work. Shielded will work but it's more expensive and nothing gained since you're using un-shielded wire.

does shielded cat 5 plug have higher AWG than unshielded?

sorry a mistake
does shielded cat 6 RJ45  plug have higher AWG than unshielded?
0
TreyHCommented:
no, they should both accept the same AWG size if rated for CAT6.

shirinAuthor Commented:
Does lower AWG cables have more diameter size?
0
TreyHCommented:
Yes, the lower the AWG number, the larger the wire diameter.
