Multiple page documents printing incorrectly

An HP laserJet 1300 shared out via a server has been working properly until this afternoon. Now if you print a document that is longer than 1 page the printer only feeds out 1 sheet of paper and all the information from all the pages are printed on that one sheet which is of course illegibal. A Xerox WorkCentre 7655 was  added to the network today and has since been removed in case that was the issue but the problem still remains

Did you also remove the driver from server properties, (printers and faxes page, on the top 'file' drop down and then server properties, hit the drivers tab and remove the xerox driver.  You might want to restart th printer spooler service before trying to reboot server.

The workcentre driver has been removed as you indicated and this did not resolve the issue. Xerox is now recommending use of Post Script driver the remove all HP dirvers and then reinstall HP dirvers
when you reinstall the xerox post script drivers and then the hp, make sure that the HP is the default on the server, my guess, the default documents settings were manipulated by the xerox
Reinstalled Xerox with Postscript then installed HP drivers - could not access Printer preferences within HP drivers. See attached bmp for error message. Then uninstalled both Xerox and HP1300. Restarted spooler service. Installed Xerox - printed OK. Installed HP and during install set as default printer - was the able to get to Printer preferences. Ran test page good. Sent 2 page document - same results - both pages printed on one sheet

Using the LaserJet 4 driver the document sent printed out properly and I can access the driver settings (not receiving previous error message from above) but there not as many configuration options available with this driver. HP has another driver on the net for Universal Print Driver - I am going to attempt to configure one of the printers using that driver to see if it will work
Universal print driver addressed the HP issue and the Xerox that caused the original issue has been configured using LPR port on recommendation from Xerox level 2 support staff. Using the alternate driver fixed the problem we were having
Thanks for the assist. You were better than Xerox in fixing the problem they created. Second level support indicated the tech setting up did not do so using their normal methods. It's fixed - thanks vrey much
