We have two Lotus Notes 7 server which are configure as primary and secondary server. since last few day's when I trying to send mail with Outlook with my secondary server it is giving error as "554 Relay rejected for policy reasons.', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 554, Error Number: 0x800CCC79" but when I am using my primary server it is working fine.

How is the secondary server set up to transfer mail to the primary.
Normally, all mail should use the Notes protocol ( not SMTP ) to transfer mail between servers, so you should not be getting these errors.

ALo check the primary server to see that it is allowing the secondary to send mail to it.

I hope this helps !
Is it so that you try to send mail from Outlook to serverB, which should send to serverA, which will in turn send the mail to the Internet? I suppose that, in that case, SMTP mail will not be converted to Notes on serverB only to be coverted back to SMTP on serverA when sent to the Internet.

You have to allow this relay routing in serverA, in the Configuration settings, Router, SMTP, Inbound SMTP.
