Reinstalled Windows XP and all updates including Explorer.  Installed OneCare and all seemed to be successful and working.  Opened IE and got this error page:

An HTTP error occurred while getting:
http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx

Details: "connect timed out".
I have reset my homepage and can move away from this page but every time Iopen IE there it is.  How can I get rid of it?  Thanks!!!! I

Hello yic01,

You can prevent IE from going to the RunOnce page and cause it to go directly to your homepage by running this script.
http://enhanceie.com/dl/NoRunOnce.reg

Hope this helps!
