I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

.fmb form files for my app. are usually located under $AU_TOP/forms/US. Try to find yours there if such a path exists.
you can find it in "formsweb.cfg" file

for example

File Location:
Suppose you find the entry in "formsweb.cfg"

now run following command at shell/command prompt
find / -name FormName.fmb
