Does the VPN adapter work? I think I remember this being normal when the adapter was not called into action.

  Hi sabstech
It gets enabled when you successfully connect to a VPN endpoint and it gets diabled when you are disconnected. This is a behaviour by default

in order to get the VPN connected I have to go to Device Manager and enable and reset the IP address (it sets to 0.0.0.0 after restart) in order to find the Connection.
What is the error message you get when you try to use the VPN?
Cannot find VPN Adapter.....(then i enabled it in device manager and reset the IP address) and it works fine it disables everytime I restart the computer and everytime i have to enable it and reset the IP address to get it to work.
