When I try installing the domain rename tool from this web page: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/windowsserver/bb405948.aspx

It gives me an error Version 1.4 is for a different hardware platform.

I am assuming this is because we are running Windows 2003 64 bit and not 32 bit.

Anyone know of a workaround or if Microsoft has this tool hidden on a CD somewhere for 64 bit operating systems?

Don't bother trying to dissuade me from using this tool, I understand the risks and it is really only a testing environment I plan on trying this on.
