How to Move Quickbooks Database to Another Server

I just want to know How to Move Quickbooks Database from it's current location in server A to a new location in Server B. There are 5 PC that have the Quickbooks "client". Will moving the data files and repointing the shortcuts on the PCs be enough?
This is quickbooks 2004.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

QB 2004 should only need to be on a shared drive. Move all datafiles to the new server and remap the drives on each workstation. That should do it.
