Avaya IP Office 412 and Phone Manager Pro as softphone over Cisco VPN issue
Hello,
I have the Avaya 412 with the voip card. I have only the phone manager, configured for voip and it works with in my LAN. My problem is it will not work over the vpn, the vpn is fine I can ping everything on my network but the Avaya 412 pbx.
Is there setting in the 412 that I need change in order for it to respond to my VPN traffic?

I can ping it with in site a but when remote i cant even pint the ip office 412 pbx. Strange because every other node is pingable on the vpn. Thanks for the responce.

can you ping IP phones at both sites from site A? from site B?
