I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

does it boot into safe-mode?

does it boot off a cd into a linux distro?

likely to be a corrupt driver issue or a bit of bad hardware. you may want to try booting with different ram. When does it bomb out and generate the log?

Check the event viewer for anything strange but it does sound like a possible ram issue.

Yes it looks a ram or driver issue, but having said that and just looking at the dump file that I have attached, could you tell that this is a ram issue? If so why.

No you can't tell, it's just the most likely case.
