How is possibile to acces to CommandArgument by OnCheckedChanged event

I've defined this tag in my gridview control:
<ItemTemplate>
                                <asp:CheckBox ID="Download" runat="server"
                                OnCheckedChanged="SelectDownload" AutoPostBack="True"
                                CommandArgument='<%# DataBinder.Eval(Container, "DataItem.FullName") %>'
                                CommandName='<%# DataBinder.Eval(Container, "DataItem.Type") %>'>
                            </asp:CheckBox>
                            </ItemTemplate>

The questttion is: how is possible to access to CommandArgument and CommandName from CodeBehind "SelectDownload event?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

For checkbox ste Autopostback= true

<asp:CheckBox ID="Download" Autopostback= true runat="server"
                                OnCheckedChanged="SelectDownload" AutoPostBack="True"
                                CommandArgument='<%# DataBinder.Eval(Container, "DataItem.FullName") %>'
                                CommandName='<%# DataBinder.Eval(Container, "DataItem.Type") %>'>
                            </asp:CheckBox>

then on Row command event you will get the values

protected void GridView1_RowCommand(object sender, GridViewCommandEventArgs e)
    {
        Response.Write(e.CommandName);
        Response.Write(e.CommandArgument);
    }
