Exchange 2007 x64 server and x32 DC

I am building a new network using Dell 2900 servers. My Exchange server is 64bit running Windows Server 2003 R2 and my new DC/AD box is x32 running Windows Server 2003 R2. I am attempting to install Exchange 2007 and am running the Best Practice Analyzer. It is scanning my Domain and says No Exchange organization container found in domain. Looking this up, it says to run domainprep on the DC. However, since my media is x64, it won't run on my x32 box. What do I do?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
