I would like to know if anybody can lead me down the right path as far as setting universal signature without the need to buy a software package. Currently I have about 40 or so users and I have to run around to each workstation to edit signatures when the compliance department needs a change. Is there another option? I am currently using a html file as a template stored on my file server and then manually changing the persons name, extension, department, etc.
