MSExchangeTransport - Event ID 9010

Dear Sir,

Please I have a question:
In Exchange Server 2007, I have seen an error message in the Event Viewer, which is:
Event Type:      Error
Event Source:      MSExchangeTransport
Event Category:      Pickup
Event ID:      9010
Date:            31/01/2008
Time:            3:03:02 PM
User:            N/A
Computer:      EXCHANGE
Description:
At lease one file in D:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\TransportRoles\Replay cannot be processed. These files have .bad extensions. Please look for .bad files, and make sure that the content is valid.

Content of the TransportRoles\Replay folder is:
GFIME_{6780B96C-1E6F-4340-8DCD-92B0BF7C7941}.bad

Please how can I resolve this error?

For More info: My Exchange server Installed with GFI Mail Essentials V12, GFI Mail Security V10 and Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Client V10

Did you find any .bad files as suggested?
The error is from the GFI Mail Essentials, try to uninstall it, check if the error is gone and then reinstall the GFI package.

how can I find the content of .bad files?

Did you find any? Try open them with Notepad, might be .xml files.
Move them avay from that folder (but save them).
Also uninstall GFI as mentioned.

I found only one file with .bad extension.
I have 2 GFI Softwares, Mail Essentials and Mail Security.
To remove them will be a difficult process, due to the Database (whitelist & blacklist)
Please any help?

I have opened the .bad file through .xml dreamweaver, I found out that this email was sent by automatic through GFI Mail Essentials "Auto-replies" feature.
I have set an Auto-replies message notification in GFI Mail essentials for the previous users whom had left the organization.

Please any help?

Has anyone found any solution to this problem? We are experiencing the same thing.

Note: If you change the file extension from .bad to .eml, and open it with Outlook or Outlook Express, you will see the message.
