Outlook shortcut opens multiple instances.

When my client clicks his Outlook shortcut (desktop, start menu, quick launch, all of them), Outlook opens up with 1 instance for every time the shortcut is clicked.  We've gotten it up to 4 running instances of Outlook.  This is a new computer where we installed Office 2003 from our Corp License CD within the past 3 months and has been a problem every since installation.

I can't seem to figure out why it does this and have no luck in other forums.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance that you can provide.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can use the /recylce switch so that it will reuse any existing instance.  Each shortcut would need to have this appended to it.
of course it is spelled /recycle
