How to add another acount's contacts as an Outlook Address Book using Office 2007/Exchange2003

I have a windows account that has access to another account's Exchange mailbox so they can see the user's email/folders/calendar and contacts with Publishing Editor privileges.  I would like to add the shared contacts as an Outlook Address Book (OAB) so it is accessible when composing messages and will display the contacts as on option when selecting "TO:" inside a new message.... Is this possible?  Currently, I have only been able to add the contacts as an OAB if I copy all of the contacts and create a second contact list for the account with publishing editor privileges.

This is precisely what I'm trying to do, right down to the last detail.  I'm surprised that your "Accepted Solution" is a guy who said "I don't think is possible...".  I'm even more surprised that it's not possible.
