I need to know How to save a backup config from a pix 525 to my TFTP server?
The command that is used normally on routers and switches "copy start tftp" is not a valid command on the pix.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can use 'wri net' to write the config. I believe it will ask you where you want to save it.
You can also add something like the following to the config so it doesnt need to ask you every time

tftp-server inside ip.address.of.server /filename.to.save.to

Yes you can do wri net from the console. If you dont have that line in the config then it will just ask you for the server and filename every time.
