We currently have a shoretel VOIP system version 7.  Whenever accessing voicemail I you get a pre-recorded greeting that goes like so You have reached the ShoreTel phone system, and I would like to change this to something I record.  Can someone advise me as to how this done?

As far as I know, the system greetings on the Shoretel IP PBX's cannot be changed. the best you can do is have callers record their own personal greetings for callers to hear, but when you login in the to system, I'm pretty sure those sound files are locked. There's probably a way to do it but not a supported way.
