Power Point Presentation Flickers during edit

One of my users has an odd problem.  When he opens a power point presentation on his desktop, it just starts flickering.  Not the whole screen, just power point.  Not every presentation does it, and this presentation doesn't do it on any other machine.  I've removed and reinstalled PP but no dice.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Unfortunately, I can't.  It contains too much confidential information.   It contains no special effects, no movies or music.
