Using group policy to disable Screensaver changes

Using group policy (or SMS??) I need to keep my users from being able to change their screensaver.  How can I go about doing this?  I have one domain.  The server is running Windows Server 2003 and the clients are all running Windows XP sp2.

There are four policies that are used to manage the screen saver. You can access all of them in the Group Policy Editor using this path:

User Configuration | Administrative Templates | Control Panel | Display
