How can I crack the sprint krzr k1m software and install it's original firmware
I have the Krzr K1m from Sprint. The way the Sprint programmers programed the phone is terrible. It is VERY slow and often freezes. It takes about 11 seconds to bring up the contacts page, which is very bad for a moto phone. So what I want to do is erase the sprint made firmware and install the original Motorola firmware. If this is not possible, I need some ways that I could fix the phone's speed. I took it to a sprint service center, they did nothing to it and they didn't help at all.

Well, here's the issue, you need the MPT to get the proper drivers to access the phone. Sometimes you can find them on the net (search google for "drivers krzr k1m"), but sometimes they are not valid versions of the drivers or even contain nasties.

Ok, say I am able to download the driver, and get the cable what would I do past that?
Just out of curiosity, do you have a memory card in it?

Yes, I have the memory card that came with it inside.
I've heard that some memory card issues can make the K1m run slow. I'm not positive, but what I see online is that if you flash in non-Sprint firmware, it may not work on the Sprint network. However, here's how: http://www.howardforums.com/archive/topic/1259257-1.html
I had the same problem earlier, I solved it by replacing the firmware by new updated one, u can find firmware monster packs of latest original firmwares from google. Download that shx file, also download flash & backup 3, its an easy way to do that, for more assistance n files u can visit www.modmymoto.com
