Iphone capability with Exchange

I have some users interested in getting iPhones and using them in our Exchange 2003 environment.  I am curious to know what functionality is possible through the iPhone with Exchange.  Do you have access to all of the same features you would with a Windows mobile phone?  Specifically calendars, tasks, and inbox folders.  In a corporate environment is an iPhone a viable option?  We have several Windows mobile users that love the capability, I am afraid they arent going to have the same functionality with an iPhone.

At the moment there is no way to setup push mail and live calendar task synching with exchange on the iPhone.

The only thing you can do is setup the iPhone to connect to your exchange mailbox using IMAP, then you get a level of email synchronisation but nothing compared to Windows Push Mail or Blackberry, at the end of the day it is still 'pull mail'.

There is one glimmer of hope however.  Recently apple posted a job advert for iPhone Windows QA Engineer' so that would suggest they are working hard to improve this situation down the line.
