Outlook keeps dropping user signature block

It happens every few week where the user has to specify his signature blocks in outlook and its only happening to one user out of 70. The signature is not deleted in any way so it can be set up easiy but its an annoyance .

The user is on a notebook running XP Pro with SP2 and Outlook 2003/Exchange 2003 running in cache mode. Any suggestions?

Have you tried removing and recreating his mail profile (control panel > mail)

also maybe something bad on the client PC or the Outlook install? try Help->Detect and Repair, or some registry cleaning

Thanks for the suggestions, I have tried all of them but with no success.  Outlook has been repaired, all office updates have been installed but it will still happen randomly. The user will log off at night can come in the next morning and the signature is not there. The user in question is using roaming profiles, could this be causing the problem?
