Cannot manage pages in Microsoft Office Live Basic site...page just keeps continue-ing

My XP sp2 Laptop running ie7 with all latest windows updates cannot mange pages anymore for my microsoft office live basic website. It could for the first two weeks now all of a sudden it cannot. I can sign on successfully on my account but when I choose the manage pages link or manages images it never gets to the page. It appears that it keeps trying to get to it as the hsitory will show many pages after signon called continue. the longer i leave the browser trying to get to the page the more continues i see in the history. I am able to successfully get to the page from other networks using other computers running xp and ie7. I have tried uninstalling ie7, removing all addons, deleting all offline files and many various security and privacy setting with no success. Note: My Vista ie7 notebook also had a similar problem on the same network but fiddling with many setting now allows me to manage pages. Note: the manage page pages come up after 4 pages that are called signon and continue are automatically generated in tabs and seperate browser windows.
