I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Security policy on the local machine.....

start>run>secpol.msc>Local Policies>User Rights assignment>Deny access to this computer from the network, and add the users.... Will need to make sure that the usernames from the other PC's are all configured on this machine, and added to this policy...

Can hide them from the login screen if needed, if you are using the Welcome Screen....

Security Policy in GPO....

Same thing, but create a group for the people you want (technicians), and make sure that the group is in the policy.....
