Block user from mapping to \\hostname\c$

Question 1
I have a group of technician that have local right to local computer.
How do I block them from mapping to remote computer c: drive without unsharing the  default c$
example: \\hostname\c$

Question 2
I have a group of technician LOGON TO DOMAIN and have local right to local computer
How do I block them from mapping to remote computer c: drive without unshare the c$
example: \\hostname\c$

Security policy on the local machine.....

start>run>secpol.msc>Local Policies>User Rights assignment>Deny access to this computer from the network, and add the users.... Will need to make sure that the usernames from the other PC's are all configured on this machine, and added to this policy...

Can hide them from the login screen if needed, if you are using the Welcome Screen....

Security Policy in GPO....

Same thing, but create a group for the people you want (technicians), and make sure that the group is in the policy.....
